  Item was exactly as described. Seller even sent me a message right away saying when it would ship. Arrival was very quick. When I received the item it was in a very red bubble wrapped outer envelope. The ornament was in a box and the ornament was bubble wrapped. Attached was a hand written note from the seller. The care and the note was much appreciated. Great experience with this seller.

  Dishes arrived packed in a Rubbermaid tote, never have seen that before, and well padded. The use of the tote is genius because it prevents the handlers from turning it upside down. Quick delivery and exactly as shown and described.
