Betty is the Genuine Article.
I saw America Ferrera in 'Chicago' playing Trixie. She was more than impressive, singing and dancing and winning over the audience despite being the baddie.
The Ugly Betty creators must have been charmed by America as I was, and the show is excellent with a strong cast and top notch production. My 12 year old daughter and I feel part of the Suarez family.
By the way, we stayed behind after the Chicago show and met America for a photo and autograph. She is genuinely lovely.
