So much better my hand crank pasta roller!
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich I'm still getting the hang of making fresh pasta and using these rollers makes it a lot more fun. They're a lot heavier than I anticipated, which is nice. They seem very sturdy. I haven't used the spaghetti roller yet but the fettuccine cutter works well.
One thing to note, don't wash these after use. They're very specific about that in the instructions. Once you're done, let the pasta dough that has gotten stuck here and there, dry completely. Then just brush the bits away with the brush that's included.
