They work fine, the right ones for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Just works.
Works well, plug and play. This is the second one I purchased and both worked. The first one years ago replaced the OEM that had a bad LCD screen. It got fried in a lightning storm and this one replaced it.

Right Part, It Works
An electrical storm damaged the Phaser's ethernet port. I was going to use the USB port, but for the price of the replacement card, why bother. Purchasing a service manual helped me make this an easy 15 minute job. The plastic side and back printer panels come off as one piece once you remove a few screws, no need to break them apart. The card fit perfectly and works like a champ.
