  It's ok. Marked as neutral, as although it was a lot of carpet for the purchase price, the colour is markedly different from the photos - it looks cream in the photos, but is more beige - and, although the described sun-fading and conditioner stains were in the images supplied, the seller provided no description or photographs of how grey and worn the high-traffic areas were. Caveat emptor. I didn't think to ask questions, and the person who collected it didn't think to unroll it and check.

  Seller told me item sent three days before postmark. …only sent on day I asked where it was (due date) ..postmarked 26/2. Then failed to respond to eBay case that item hadn’t arrived or subsequent messages .If only you had been honest , I would have understood and not left negative feedback. I have been honest on its arrival !
