  The seller communicated quickly and the shipment arrived promptly. There were some issues with the how the shipment was packaged but the seller did deal courteously with the issue and I did receive a full refund. I would purchase again from this seller. I changed the shipping charges to reflect the full refund.

  Just a follow up, I did receive a full refund. The seller was prompt and courteous. I truly believe that if you were worried about how something was packaged and drew that to his attention that he would make an effort to accomodate you.

  The condition of the item came the same as the pictures and wasn’t damaged in any way. Although, the disc offers 5 episodes while I only got 4 due to the last episode not being installed. I don’t believe this was the sellers fault at all, and they were very kind and answered questions quickly.
