It is too old to produce a bold letter.
I took a chance on these ancient ribbons and was disappointed. But I re-inked one and replaced the ribbon in one of the others so it works out nicely!

I already use this product and am simply restocking it. Consistent results in 'fixing' my plant water.

Very disappointing
This works worse than my 40 year old model i wanted to retire. I recently bought a new bulb for the older one, and it worked bad so I figured my original unit must be bad - so I bought this one.
The black light is less than 1/5th the expected brightness. My original light with a 40 year old bad bulb is brighter than this one buyt just barely..
