  The item was exactly as described and works great. The seller replied right away when I had a question, which I really appreciated. Shipping was a bit slow, but that seemed to be more of a USPS issue — though faster shipping next time would make it perfect. Overall, I’m happy with this seller. Honest and reliable.

  Although the seller shipped right away, USPS decided to play football with the package and I was lucky that the actual model was not damaged I purchased on Merch 24th and seller shipped the next day. I received the item today, April 5th after it went from Ill. to Texas and then to South Carolina. I understand that larger packages cost more to send, but a slightly thicker package may have prevented this damage. Very poor service from USPS as usual. Thanks for the prompt shipping.
