Under-rated Album
I wore out the cassette I had in college, finally got around to replacing it with a CD. I had forgotten how good this album is. The electric versions of Two Steps Behind and Miss You in a Heartbeat are so good.

Harder than other 10 Minute Solutions videos
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I bought this video because I like the other 10 Minute Solutions videos by Lara Hudson. Her workouts are just about right for me. I have to say, this instructor's video was quite a bit more challenging. I agree with some other reviews I've read that this workout was a little hard on the wrists. If you like push-ups, you will like this video. Some of the sections are very good, but I'm going to have to find a way to modify some of the moves since I was a little too beaten up the first couple times I tried it.
