  I paid the shipping in advance, now I have to pay more to get the package from usps. Seller scammed the post office. . Seller won’t work with me and go half. Seller is screwing me. Shipping cost as stated was $8.95, post office says I have to pay an additional $21,90 to get it. Seller scammed the post office, now I have to pay his shipping or get nothing
