Yay!
I've tried a lot of bluetooth earpieces, but this style (hook earpiece, BIG switch to turn it on) works the best for me. The hook earpiece means I won't drop it between the car seat and the center console, and the hook is just the right size to slide over the ear one-handed.
The big switch is easy and quick to operate with one hand, unlike the tiny slide switches on other brands and models, which require one hand to hold the device and a fingernail to slide the switch.
Sound quality is great. Easily paired with my Samsung phone.

Latitude 7390 2-in-1 differences from the standard 7390

* The 7390 2-in-1 has the ability to fold its lid into a tent configuration or all the way around into a tablet configuration, which is why it's called a 2-in-1.
* The 7390 2-in-1 RAM is DDR3, is soldered in, and is not upgradable; the 7390 1-in-1 has 1 RAM slot which takes standard DDR4 RAM, and can be upgraded accordingly.
* Both of the 7390 models use M.2 SSDs, but the 7390 2-in-1 comes with an M.2 SATA SSD, which is a lot slower than an M.2 NMVe SSD, so check which type of SSD you're getting.
* The 2-in-1 uses a USB-C connector for charging, whereas the 1-in-1 charges through a typical dell round connector.
* The 2-in-1 base/keyboard half is slimmer than the base/keyboard half of the 1-in-1, which is probably why the RAM is soldered in and the thinner USB-C connection is used.
* The 2-in-1 comes with a touch screen. The 1-in-1 can come with a touch screen or non-touch screen, and screen resolution varies.
Also, be aware that the 7390 have a smaller (i'm guessing 90% of standard size) keyboard, whereas a 14" latitude would come with a full-size keyboard.
The weight of my 7390 2-in-1 is 3 pounds 1 ounce.
The latitude 7240 that it replaces weighs 2 lbs 15.8 ounces, so you guess that the designers had a goal of "under 3 lbs".
Dell keyboard patterns vary over different model numbers. The 7390 has separate Home and End keys, which I use while typing, and which I greatly prefer over Fn-key combinations on the left and right arrows.
Overall, I'm pleased with the 7390 2-in-1 because of it's bright, high-resolution screen and its acceptable size and weight, for which I'm willing to put up with the smaller keyboard.

Works, but ...
After a couple of complete charge cycles, this battery powers my T60 for about 4 hours of word processing with screen brightness set to maximum and WiFi on. The "Lenovo Settings Power" service occasionally reports "Genuine Lenovo Battery Not Attached". You can click OK to make that notice go away until next bootup, or I guess you can uninstall the Lenovo utilities, which aren't necessary to run Windows anyway.
As to the accompanying AC adapter, I haven't tried it yet. The AC power cord still smells of petroleum a week after I unpackaged it.
