Handy pocket book on the 7 points of mind training.
One of the best books I have ever read in 42 years on the 7 points of mind training, with wonderful guidance form Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche.
A companion by you bedside, especially after a hard day of samsaric living; like a handy Buddhist 'bible'
Second best boo IMO after 'Cutting Through Spiritual Materialism' by the same author.

2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Although the TV series is quite dumbed down for general public consumption, the book of the series just as the previous series has more detailed information.
As per Professor Brian Cox's previous series and books this would be ideal content for all schools, colleges & Universities to study the current latest scientific concepts.
I only wish I could have had such beautifully crafted books when I was at school, college & university (I read Physics at Manchester University in the late 70s).
Who ever opens these books will be enthralled at the Universe we are consciously part of.
