Good but can be improved...

I decided to buy a pack of Diall masonary rawl plugs (8dia x 80mm) from B&Q @ £2.37 and cut 35mm off the ends of four, the rawl will fit in the body of the decoy. I opened the hole on each side of the decoy body slightly to make a snug fit then glued the rawl plugs in the body with Gorilla Glue. Make sure the metal rod is inserted through the rawl plugs and body cavity before gluing so everything lines up and the rod/wings spin smoothly.
