I printed a shipping label and when I went to remove the item from our safe and package it for mailing found out it was already sold. I was never informed that it had been sold, resized and picked up by the purchaser several days before. I have had many items authenticated without problems. The stone was a natural Padparadascha Saph and was being sold for an amazingly low cost. Buyer is angry the sale was unfortunately cancelled.
