  Placed bid about a week before auction ended. I was the only bidder and winning for a week. Within a minute of auction ending, seller cancelled the transaction as “out of stock.” It was literally just after the auction ended, which doesn’t seem like seller tried to find it and realized it was out after looking. Never received any communication from seller, just the eBay notice that the sale had been cancelled. I suspect seller wanted a higher price. It was all very frustrating.

  Item was listed as a full 10-DVD set, and it was implied in the description that 10 made a FULL set. I found out it was actually 12. Also, a sleeve that would have held the other 2 discs had been torn out of the case. I reached out for a partial refund to help cover some of the cost to replace the two missing discs; the seller was immediately hostile, insisting 10 made a full set. I called the company to verify, and they stated it had always had 12. I messaged back, but seller didn't respond.
