  Books arrived damaged due to improper packaging. They were shipped in a plastic sleeve. HOWEVER, the seller was very responsive and issued a full refund immediately when I contacted them regarding the issue. No hassle whatsoever. I contemplated posting a review at all, but I think people should know this seller has excellent customer service, but maybe ask for extra packing materials if you are ordering books that you want in a certain condition.
