  I have tried the reach the seller 3 times and there has been no response. Leaving negative is not something I prefer to do, but I feel there was not another option in this situation. The bag arrived damaged on the inside. The hard shelled plastic on the inside where the handle is was broken into pieces everywhere. There are still pieces trapped inside the bag on both sides that will require me to cut the bag in order to get them out. This would have been clearly noticeable before shipping.
