the title does it justice to how this space marine chapter operate
this is probably the only book that is on a chapter in which little is known about the Carchardons, their chapter master is also supposed to be the biggest baddest strongest space marine including the new prima versions,
it also centers on the way they act differently compared to all offer chapters including their serf are treated differently in some ways worst than in other chapters,
the way it goes up and down keeps you wondering, how its going lots of the early space marine books by the time I had read halfway threw, I pretty much could guess the outcome in this I was never quite sure,

a little misleading unless you know there is a organization called tempestus
the story is about how the single-mindedness, of one who should be above all upsets, causes internal rifts to grow larger and at the end possibly causes holy terra itself to be a snack , there is more but the best way to know is to read it
