The Book Content
From my perspective,the book has concentrated more on project management concepts which are available in other sources, rather than stressing on the key topics of projects scheduling(e.g Project Master Schedule)and control as a basic requirement for the book title.

I found the book as a well oriented and helpful reference for step by step implementation of EVMS in projects.
