India in the thirties and forties is a different time.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich not compelling but absorbing. All of this series are similar and have the same feel about them. The Black Narcissus book was softer than the BBC series but the background is the same. I enjoy them. Kashmir is reputed to be absolutely stunning.
