This book is in great condition. Seems to be a very thorough book on poultry from the differences in poultry, to methods of cooking , then on to recipes. Just received the book and I’m very intrigued and interested in reading. The illustrations are great and very instructive. This book would be a great addition to anyone’s library of recipes and would also be a great gift for a newlywed.
