Simply the best
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I absolutely love the Firm. I bought the upper body sculpting one first and realized it was the best thing I've ever purchased on eBay. I work in retail therefore I use my arms a lot to lift clothes up for hanging and carrying around. Ever since I've used it my arms are stronger. I still have a way to go to shrink them like I want so I decided to buy the lower body as well. This tape is short, about 25 minutes without warm up, and to the point. You can use it with weights, they recommend good sizes for intermediate and advanced, and they also let you work without them using your own body weight , something in my current state I have to do. I encourage any larger beginner to get this along with the upper body sculpting one. Doing them together is a great 1 hour workout that leaves you feeling accomplished. Even if you can only do a few minutes of both, like me i could do only 15 minutes of each once every day when I started, you can start small and over time work to doing them both back to back. I strongly recommend doing one one day and the other the next, to give yourself time to recover and see where your strength is. Do buy it though! It’s PERFECT for an altar
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I’m a practicing Eclectic Witch and was in the process of making a Valentine’s Day altar in honor of Aphrodite. I looked for a Statue of her and came across this beauty, and I can tell you, I have NOT been disappointed! She is GORGEOUS in person. Though one her her little doves broke off in the box, it doesn’t take away from her and I can reglue it, possibly in another place! I HIGHLY recommend this peace to anyone practicing Witchcraft, Hellenism, or just love Greek art.

Great small pieces
4 von 4 finden das hilfreich These pieces are big enough for jewelry, some Quartz pieces are as long as a little finger. So many Piet and enough for a study and altar! I highly recommend this, especially for those young enough to study them. There are even some I've never seen before! So excited to find out what they are! I will be buying again!
