I wanted to repair an older light fixture but had trouble finding this ballast locally. The ballast arrived faster than projected, the packaging was great, and the ballast worked just fine. The item was advertised as a 'New, but Open Box' item. It was new and still in the OEM packaging. I am well pleased with the item and the seller.
