  Scam seller. BE AWARE 1- The seller created a s shipping label and didn’t ship out until days later, (and only when I reached out they said that it’s already been dropped off) which was a lie. 2- The laptop unbelievably dirty. Every single button covered in dirt. 3- Laptop was somehow locked. I couldn’t log in. 4- Upon returning, the seller sent me a message “In the name of eBay” ordering me the buyer for my own paid label, otherwise I won’t get refund. 5- Seller disappeared. eBay refunded

  NEVER LIED 1. Sick & Had Seizures & Shipped ASAP. 2. Laptop was clean when sent , have pictures to prove it 3. Laptop was Factory reset & Not locked 4. I gave no orders and simply showed the screenshots of eBay's replies to the situation to the buyer since they used the wrong address 5. I didn't disappear, I blocked this buyer after days of unprofessional attitude/language

  Very condescending attitude. The main item I purchased the bundle for was completely dried up and old. Even with picture proof seller won’t admit fault. Seller sent repetitive messages pressuring me to make a decision. Sellers do not start a return process, buyers do. Also, posting about customers you did wrong in Facebook groups where you aren’t even being truthful isn’t a good look. Buyers should be able to trust sellers, it’s extremely immature and unethical as a seller to be spreading lies.

  First off I was never condescending , I right away told you how sorry I was and even offered a return as long as you didn't use the other products which of course you wouldn't tell me . I never once lied, I said that it wasn't 6 years old as far as when I had got the product, you were the one upset when I explained I couldn't have opened it before hand as then it wouldn't be considered new due to ebay's rules . Tried to help you and you completely tried to play victim
