Better than Lacrosse balls
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I bought these after having used Lacrosse balls for a while, which I found very useful to massage my shoulders and neck against a wall. I find that the Therapy balls are a bit more useful: they're more grippy, so it's easier to focus on particular areas even when pushing them with my back against the wall. I can also use them to massage the areas around my knees as they're slightly softer than Lacrosse balls - that allows me to push them against bony areas and still get some massage.
Being softer you'd imagine they don't work as well, but they're only soft enough that you can push them against certain areas, they're actually a bit more effective than Lacrosse balls. I'm now using them with Jill Miller's Kneehab DVD, which I'm hoping to get good results from.

A bit hard to assemble, but sturdy and good looking
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Contrary to the previous review, I have to state that this easel can't actually be titled to horizontal, unless you fold it completely to put in storage. This isn't a problem, though.
I got a couple of things wrong when assembling this, so it took me a couple of hours to assemble it. I had misunderstood the facing of a couple of parts and had to re-do a few things.
Nevertheless, I really like the easel. It's sturdy, has a nice finish and it's easy to set to the desired inclination. I bought this because I have a few problems that make sitting down at a desk all day problematic and I wanted to be able to use my Cintiq while standing. I only had one of those cheap, flimsy easel at home, so this works very well (once the Cintiq is attached to another piece of wood).
I was fairly surprised by the size of the box it came in, too. It's definitely been designed to be able to fit in a relatively small space when disassembled. Very clever.
This also came with a screwdriver (yay!), but I used an electric one, which made things considerably easier.
Definitely recommended. I believe the Cintiq is about 7 Kg and it holds it really well. The compartment under where the canvas would fit could definitely hold a few brushes or pencils. I just put my stylus there!

Needs some work here and there, but it does help if you want to lose weight
I'd start by saying that if you have the previous Wii Fit, this isn't worth the upgrade at the full price - there are some new features, but nothing worth buying it new.
I like that there is a calorie goal function that tells you when you burnt the equivalent of a particular food, and the new balance games are fun enough. You can also set up your "My routine", which is a set of exercises to do one after the other; but on the other hand you can't have more than one routine saved at the same time (this would be useful to aim at particular muscle groups each day, to leave them the time to recover).
I personally got mine second-hand and I'm happy to have done: in 3 weeks or so I've lost about 4 kilos, even though I don't always have time to exercise; although I do other activities and not just this.
One great feature that was added in Wii Fit Plus is that you can choose exercises which are particularly aimed at certain parts of the body (such as the triceps and the waist) from some pre-set ones. I am quite fond of it as I'm trying to get more toned triceps and a thinner waist. :)
So far it's going well, bar some days when I ate a bit too much the day before, and the activities are fun enough that I can keep going without getting bored.
All in all, I'd recommend it; but I'd look for used ones. ;)
