A lot of dance moves. Inconsistent & Annoying.
I was looking for a workout video that had high powered kickboxing to keep my heart rate up, and great music. The music was blah and the same tone throughout. The lead instructor had an annoying voice & to be honest the people in this video weren't in the best of shape. I just wasn't drawn into it. The routine would get into good kickbox cardio, and then all of the sudden incorporate silly dance moves that were slow and boring. My heart rate was all over the place. I give it a 5 out of 10.

Not for my lips.
I guess reviews are just one persons opinion, but here's mine -- I'm not impressed. There were a lot of good reviews on this, so I expected it to be really good. For me its just like using petroleum jelly. Not all that moisturizing and somewhat drying after awhile. Goes on greasy and doesn't seem to have made any difference in the dry corners of my mouth or the upper chapped lip. I'd rather use antibiotic ointment like (Neosporin) because at least that feels soothing. I'll keep looking for something else. Luckily, I only seem to get chapped lips in the winter and Spring is almost here. :) Sorry, but can't recommend this as being a "wow" for me, but maybe it works for others. Small tube - but the ounces are listed. Just looks bigger in the picture.
