Another great tool for Recovery
This is yet another great book for daily support. Simple and to the point. No matter if you are in Alanon or Naranon this book can be a helpful tool if you are dealing with the effects of someone else's addiction. I recommend it. The readings are one page long but packed full of useful tools and shadings from others in the program. Just setting aside 5 minutes out of each day to read 1 page.. maybe when you wake up (to start off your day, or before you go to bed (to end your night) can be so beneficial.
