Battery case died after 4 months
1 von 3 finden das hilfreich I use the headset about 2-3 hours per day, at beginning it was difficult to achieve acceptable call quality as the headset had to be updated and set up with the Plantronics software. Sometimes you have to restart the headset and the Bluetooth because a mysterious crackling can be heard during the calls. Sometimes when the charging case was connected to the PC and I pulled out the headset from the charger, it made my PC to die blue (maybe Win 7 issue, I don't know). After 4 months the battery case died, only one red LED lights up briefly but it does not charge. I tried with different cables and chargers, PC, laptop... happens the same. I googled the issue and others also experienced this.

I never was disappointed in a Samsonite product.
