  Terrible, advertised for a masterball card and sent out a poke ball one instead. Then tried to offer me a partial refund of £1. The pokeball card was only worth £1 so basically wanted £4.50 for it. I said no so offered refund and asked me to send the card back. Card was sent back but no response from seller and ghosted me, ended up with no money or card, eBay had to step in to refund me.
