Losing Weight
I have been taking this for about a week now and I have lost a few pounds. Not sure how much because I don't use a scale but it is noticeable to other people.

Nice deep coppery, auburn on my hair!
I love the fact that this is pure henna. Not only can I use this in my hair, but I can also use this on my hands and feet. It is a nice size bag to take care of me for a while. I will purchase more. BTW, the paste is very soft and smooth. I like to add avocado oil and rosemary essential oil to my mixture for a hair pack. I have dark hair with some silver strands mixed in. This henna makes my hair a nice deep coppery auburn ( a little redder than a penny) after about a couple of applications and I love it in the sunlight.
Tip: If you would like to temporarily boost the brightness try using a bit of "Inferno" (by Manic Panic) a red semi-color in your deep conditioner. Let it sit in your hair for 1/2 hr. under a heat cap. Inferno is a warm deep red with mahogany undertones. It Gives the look more a vampy "red halo."
