Appropriate Drive
If you're buying this, a specifically Sun-branded, 72 GB, 10000 RPM SCSI Seagate Cheetah, odds are you have a Sun server or workstation that uses specifically Sun-branded, 72 GB, 10000 RPM SCSI Seagate Cheetahs (in my case a Sun Fire V250). If this is you (especially if you have a Sun Fire V250; can't vouch for other servers), this is the right drive, and it even surprisingly came with rails.
If this isn't you, you're probably better off buying a product compatible with your setup. In general, if it isn't 10-year-old server equipment, it probably doesn't use SCSI, and you can get much higher capacity drives for newer systems.
In summary, if you need a specifically Sun-branded, 72 GB, 10000 RPM SCSI Seagate Cheetah, then you need a specifically Sun-branded, 72 GB, 10000 RPM SCSI Seagate Cheetah. If you don't need a specifically Sun-branded, 72 GB, 10000 RPM SCSI Seagate Cheetah, then you don't need a specifically Sun-branded, 72 GB, 10000 RPM SCSI Seagate Cheetah.

This board is from 2006.
0 von 4 finden das hilfreich Really, though. If you're buying this board, you're either after an AM2+ motherboard for some Athlon 64 X2 / Athlon 64 FX awesomeness, or you're blissfully unaware of what decade you're in. If the former, I couldn't recommend this board enough. It's got dual gigabit nics, optical audio, on-board power, reset, and cmos clear, and it supports SLi. My only complaint is that the PCIe x1 slot is directly below the top x16 slot, so if you're a fan of putting your graphics card where it belongs, good luck fitting your PCIe x1 PhysX card.
