Hardbound "Path Between the Seas" book a great read
David McCullough's "The Path Between The Seas" award winning history of the building of the Panama Canal is wonderful. McCullough's depth of research and style of writing make for a completely absorbing read. Finding a used hard bound in great condition with all maps and pictures intact made a great find.

Tales of the Kingdom - Book 1
This book has been a favorite on our daughters, who are now grown and wish to give it to others.

A favorite Seiko ladies watch now uses solar to recharge internal battery.
This was a gift for my wife. She is a registered nurse and for years has used an older battery version of this beautiful Seiko watch. She especially needed the sweep second hand, and the calendar was also useful.
Battery un-availability and difficult in the older Seiko have been nicely superseded with the new solar rechargeable version. She loves it.
