Great Buy if You Have Craftsman C3 Batteries

I bought this trimmer because I had 2 Li-Ion and 2 NiCad C3 batteries, which I use for other tools. It seemed like a good idea to buy the tool that used the batteries I already had, if it was a quality tool. After several jobs, I can report that it was a great buy. Pros: Lightweight; right size for bushes and hedges; batteries last as long as I do; cuts easily and cleanly Cons Safety release is a little unhandy

Affordable Wood Grain Tools

I got this set to apply wood grain to a cabinet door, 6' x 4' , in my garage,that a 70mph wind gust destroyed. I was trying to match panels from 30 years ago, so I pretty much started from scratch. I did not know if it was possible, so I did not want to spend the big bucks that some wood graining kits cost. The tools are of good quality, and clean up very easily. If a rank amateur like me can make acceptable wood grain with them, then they are certainly worth the price. The door I produced would not fool a pro, but matches the others pretty well, and my wife thinks it is great.
