Nice top of the line C2D CPU

Fastest CPU in the class. Installed easily with Arctic silver paste. However, on the Dell Inspiron 1545 that I installed it in, the fan runs a lot and near max. speed. Based on that, I'm going to swap the T9900 (35W CPU) for the slightly slower P9700 (25W CPU) so see if it runs cooler. T9900 is recommended as fastest C2D CPU if your laptop has good cooling.

Nice docking station

Docking station works well with Dell Latitude E6520 and should also work fine with my Precision M6600. Needed it for a serial port for an old program running on a VM that couldn't use USB adapters & it worked perfectly after a little setup and some updated drivers. Recommended!

Nice upgrade for old box

Pretty nice CPU upgrade for old Dell 4700. Jumped from the P4 520 to 670 for cheap (used CPU). This CPU is 64 bit capable so if I ever do want to move from XP to Win7, it should work fine. For less than $200, this old box now has 4 GB ram, a 275 GB SSD, a low end PCI-e video card, a PCI-e USB 3.0 card, and this CPU.
