Top choice collets
I tested these at .0002" runout, which is excellent. Highly recommended. They are sturdy and hold the tools well.
Seller is also excellent to deal with.

Great value indicator for the hobbiest or small shop
I am a professional machinist and have used everything from cheap harbor freight indicators to $300 Interapids. In terms of accuracy, this iGaging indicator is nearly indistinguishable from a much more expensive indicator. It is highly repeatable and measures movement as small as .0002" visibly on the dial. I would consider this the standard for indicators; don't buy anything cheaper if you're looking for an indicator, just put out the extra ten or twenty bucks and get this one. It may not have the ruggedness or feel of a more expensive one, but for someone on a budget, that doesn't matter. Just handle it gently and I think it will last many years.
