Works as described.
Looks and Functions like OEM and although expensive for what it is it's still the best price I could find.

Carbon fiber fat bike frameset from ICAN is light weight and works well.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich ICANbicycle is first rate in their customer service and communication with the buyer. If you are in the market I would recommend this seller. The shipping time was relatively quick considering where it's coming from. It was well packaged and protected in a solid box.
This frame is a good value when buying through eBay. Buying direct from ICAN does offer a discount and brings the price down closer to where I believe it should be. However there is something to be said about the convenience of ebay and the buying confidence it offers.
Here are my thoughts on fit and finish. My biggest concern was tolerances. They were spot on. For example; bottom bracket bearing cups threaded on nicely, seat tube accepted seatpost with zero play, dropouts lined up with thru axles. I did have a scary moment threading the brake caliper bolts into the frame. One did not want to thread in smooth and i feared i was going to cross thread and strip out the frame as a result. I was able to get it and the problem appeared to be paint in the threaded hole. This is a good lead in to the review on the finish.
The finish was a flat black paint which is good at hiding any mold process imperfections. Around the bottom bracket shell where the seat tube comes in there was some slight dimples that I'm sure had to do with the mold process and has no effect on strength. Understanding that the lack of some finish work is what contributes to keeping the cost down. So I fully accept this knowing the bike will ride just the same. Also my frame did not include internally routed tubing to assist is running the shifter cable. This is not necessary but without it adds some time to the process. I did like that rear brake cable is internally routed. Keep in mind that this is the only way to route so you will have to pull your master cylinder and thread the line through and bleed the system.
FWIW I am buying a second frameset to build up a fat bike for a friend.

Light and small with most common tools.
I like it cuz it's tiny with basic tools for a quick jaunt. For trips far from the trailhead bring something more encompassing.
