Excellent upgrade.
5 von 5 finden das hilfreich I used this processor chip to replace/upgrade a Core 2 Duo 7500 type- what a difference! Installation was simple (once I had cleaned off the old thermal compound from the cooler)- I just put the chip in the socket, did up the clamp, put on fresh thermal compound and refitted the cooler.
The machine (Dell Optiplex 380, with 8GB RAM upgraded from 4GB) fired up immediately, and much faster than with the old processor- excellent result, I am well pleased!
