  Seller shipped item very quickly - even included a special bonus item which was VERY cool and much appreciated! Packaging could have been more secure for such a complex/fragile product though - the product broke in several places by the time it arrived. Seller immediately followed up on the problem and issued a strong partial refund, along with their apologies. Sale could have gone better, but the seller themselves are great. Look forward to doing business again soon!
