Reflector pads defective

I had to remove the reflector pads off of the CD tray supplied with the printer and used those on the tray in order for the printer to accept/discover the ID tray. I was not satisfied having to go through all of that. The tray now works There is also a small error that is barely noticeable but, the pictures on the card do not print out perfectly straight.
