yoga for everyone

I bought the “Geribody yoga” DVD because I wanted to tone up myself and become more fit. Additionally, I chose yoga DVD as this kind of exercises keeps joints flexible along with stretching muscles. What is more, exercises do not require any special equipment and can be done at home on the floor. Good points This DVD takes you through simple yogic postures and is aimed to increas your stamina, improve flexibility and strengthen your body. The postures are easy to follow; each pose is presented in the low and high level. In my opinion, the good side of this DVD, is the fact that it does not go into every detail and is aimed to everyone. You will not become extremely fit from doing the DVD, but it is good way of winding down and doing some exercises at home. It tones your muscles and as your posture improves, you definitely feel slimmer and more flexible. Bad points The only thing I would comment is the fact that it takes a bit of practice to do the moves whilst looking at the DVD. If you do not except very sophisticated yoga postures this is DVD for you.
