Henckels Five Star knives
While this is a review of the Henckel's FIve Star 5" Utility Knife this concerns all the FIve Start Knives. The CON: It is almost impossible to find FIve Star knives. The PRO: They are really good. The best ergonomic fit in your hand. Wonderful balance. True stain resistance. Holds an edge. Have steel bolsters. We use the 5" Serated to cut just about anything, even though it is designated as a Tomato Knife.
One caution: because it has a serated edge DO NOT USE A Stone Grinder for the edge. A sharpening steel works perfectly.
It has a thick enough blade with a great taper to perform effective cutting (a thin edge is dangerous because it could bouince back and cut you).
As purchased, this was a good price even if it wasn't a Five Star.

This is "Not ANother Diet Movie" -- The Story of Diet and Your Body
This is sort of a documentary on food and health. However, it is a very engaging exeriencee which give practical insight into the effects of a regular diet, what that does to you, and alternatives and how they work and their effects. Unlike other such efforts, it is not dry but very engaging. You come away with a lot to think about as to the interaction between what you eat and yoour body, and you get some easy to implement alternatives to food and health which are not traumatic on your life style, budget, and eating experience. Somall changes on diet can yield large changes in health.
