Perfect leather cutter
Love Olfa products and this one is no exception, really comfortable in the hand when cutting leather at a low angle, blade is very robust with Olfa's legendary sharpness. Knife very lightweight, compact and ergonomic, another quality product from Olfa.

Superb stone
This is a superb combination stone, ideal for thinning a knife or other such heavy work requiring a faster cutting stone. An excellent quality stone overall at an excellent price, intend to buy the higher grit combination stone from this Suehiro range as well.

The perfect kitchen knife?
Knives from Germany were excellent to deal with and i would have no hesitation ordering from them again. This santoku knife has a more rounded handle than usual but that suits my larger hands perfectly, blade is super thin especially behind the edge and flies through tough vegetables like carrots and turnip. This blades size and shape makes it a very versatile performer in the kitchen, if you like carbon steel blades you will love this knife!
