Exact replacement in size; but axle is not removable
Wheel is correct part, just be aware that you will need to remove the small housing that the contains the wheel, axle, and wheel adjuster. Then you will need to grind off the flared end of axle and part of the flat head so that it can slide out and you can replace the wheel. After reinserting the axle, you will need to use a chisel or punch to slightly re-flare the one end. I suppose you could try taping it in location and it might work fine if you don't move the refrigerator much.
If I had known this work was involved i might have purchased the wheel assembly instead so it was a bolt in replacement.
