First and foremost, I'm not an expert in ANY collectables. Everything I grade should be taken with a large grain of salt, i.e., I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL. I give plenty of photos.
The older I get, the more things I see I own that need to go. 😆 Slowly emptying the spare bedroom, office, basement office, and various closets in an effort to downsize. 99.9% of the items I list are from my personal collections. I've been in commercial retail for the last 25 years, so I know a good item when I see it. Which is why I'm currently downsizing! LOL
The customer may not always be right, but they should ALWAYS be happy. I try to bring all details to your attention, because who wants to be disappointed, eh? If I know a knob is missing or needs replaced, knowing up front makes me prone to purchase. I treat my customers the same way. BTW, I very ever RARELY put a reserve on an item. If I happen to do so, I will CLEARLY state so in the full description.

Kids classics from the 1960's and 1970's
My first experiences with Carol King 's music was through the animated adaptation of these books by Maurice Sendak. A funny, modern way of teaching morals and telling stories that talks TO kids, not AT them. The Nutshell Library was a wonderful way for every child to have their own Library. Compact, but made with the same loving care of their full-sized counterpart, these books stand up to the normal use of a childhood. Perfect for a little person's Easter basket or Christmas stocking!

Great, but small
Ladies, do you need something to get you through the short, boring moments in your day? No, I'm not talking about Vegavita-whatever it was from "I Love Lucy." What you need is a book small enough to fit in your purse, but that contains something interesting.
The full-size version of this book is an excellent coffee-table book, and this miniature version continues the tradition for the person on-the-go. The day I picked this up from the post office, I found it handy. I had put it in my coat pocket (to smuggle into the house undetected) but had to stop at the pharmacy. Well, about 5 minutes into the "sit-n-wait," I realized that I had the book, I started perusing it, and before I realized it my name was being called for pickup.
The full-size has been featured on talk shows (Graham Norton, for one) and I imagine the small version can be VERY fun to share, yet also a dangerous weapon. For instance, I wouldn't take this into a bar or pub, simply because this book eventually raises the question: IS THIS HUMANE? With alcohol added to this mix, and your little book may become kindling for a Thursday Night brawl!!
