The most complete source of inflammation information available today!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Everyone, yes EVERY living person, should be required to learn about this in school - it would affect the whole of humanity in the most positive nutritional way you could imagine... or better.
Being a Dr., the author get's down deep into systemic micro-inter-cellular building blocks and reactions... very deep (yet very well explained). But she also gives the reader permission to skip over the heavy stuff and get to the practical application of nutritional healing (also very well explained) and illustrates how we are ultimately responsible for what we eat, what we do and the knowledge of how it can affect our health, our lives and the lives of our loved ones.
It most likely won't be the easiest path on which to embark but I truly believe that THIS IS THE PATH WE ALL SHOULD BE ON (or at least some derivative hereof) weather we face autoimmune issues or not.
