Great concentrated value
Concentrated paste. I find one dessertspoonful is enough to fry in oil before stir frying various vegetables, and finally adding a tin of coconut milk. Can add chopped coriander to finish. Enough for 2-4 people.
So, as it's so concentrated, one 400g container will last for weeks in the fridge. And you'll have three more containers in the cupboard unopened for future months.
This paste is so much better than the jars of diluted paste that will do only one meal.
