Not too noisy!
My laptop has a louder fan than all the fans together on this cooling stand :-)
The laptop is considerably cooler to the touch, while on the cooling stand, so it is of great value to me!

Excellent headphones!
Excellent sound, lightweight, very easy to use, noise cancelling does a great job... hard to find any flaws with these headphones.
Probably the only drawback I can see is the inability to connect them to the bluetooth adapter on my Laptop (and this seems to be a much wider problem, judging by the number of similar complaints I saw on the Internet), while at the same time they connect without a hitch to my mobile phone.
