Original look without paying the original price!

Priced at what genuine JD used to be only a few years ago. Regardless, shipped quickly, arrived as predicted, well packed w/ no damage. The fit and finish was precise, and other than missing “John Deere” on the middle section, it appears factory fresh. Color seems good, although was installed adjacent to other weathered surfaces, so can’t say for sure how spot on it is. Overall, very happy with being able to restore the OEM look of my 325 for half the cost of actual OEM.

Should work fine for my needs

Wasn’t expecting too much for the price. Needed something to replace a case for an inexpensive caliper that was destroyed at work, and this fits the bill. Original was very brittle and this one seems more “forgiving”. Fits my caliper just fine, and comes with room to store replacement batteries.

Not a direct fit for 2009 (first gen) Mazda 3

I ordered this license plate light harness for a 2009 Mazda 3 (first gen) that had no license plate lighting - only two bare wires near the where the light should be. The bumper cover has 3 provisions for light housings - left, right, and center. This is presumably for left/right or center only situations. The listing is purported to fit 2009-2013 Mazda 3 models. However, in my case, this harness will not work without modification. The lights housings are fine and snap in to the two locations on the bumper cover. The grommet appears to be correct as well. The issue is the electrical connector/plug does not match the factory connector, so it cannot be used as is. Since this is the only glitch, I’m going to attempt to depin the connectors and swap them. Perhaps this harness is designed to fit second gen Mazda 3s and the connector style was changed. I believe first and second gen 3s were produced with some sort of overlap in 2009, so this may be the issue. If depinning doesn’t work, there’s always the cut and solder option using the factory harness and the housings from this harness. The harness itself seems of decent quality and the housings appear to be serviceable, but likely not up to OE specs as the moldings are not crisp and have considerable “casting flash”. It was also not expensive, so it should allow me to get my plate lighting issue resolved without much cash outlay. I’d recommend for first gen buyers if one is willing/able to modify.
