no-label great saw
WHAT A DEAL!!! Ordered this as it was going to cost me more in parts to repair an inherited old saw. Figured I couldn't go wrong. Brother-in-law was a Jonsered dealer his son saw it and said that looks like a Jonsered. Probably a Chinese copy but for the price. AND --- most name brand 18" saws come with 42 to 48 cc motor. This has a 58 cc motor. Does sound like it when running as a bit loud. But if I had to buy one of these every 3 or 4 years it would still be cheaper than the name brand saws. I'm not a logger so don't depend on it to make a living. Experience says in that case I would be better spending the extra $$$.

That tool you never buy
When you need something this big, buy the best to begin with. It should never disappoint.
