Looks simple but it is a full body gym
This simple looking exercise machine is actually a full gym. Yes, you can work on your skiing skills
and it takes some practice to get really good. However, you can do lunges, planks, rowing, standing
ab work that is a real challenge, abductor work on the thighs and a number of other exercises that
are specific for each muscle group. You can easily adjust the tension to fit your body build and exercise
with the simple 4 bungee cords. Just make sure you keep a little WD40 on the rollers and the tracks.
I can't say enough about it and my Physical Therapist (had major ankle and shoulder surgeries) loves
it.

Dermatologist Recommended
Recommended by my dermatologist and I have been using it for a while. I'm an old coot with lots of skin damage but this helps a lot. I use it on my hands, arms and face at night and after about the first week, there were noticeable changes for the better. I used to get a lot of actinicmycoses on the backs of my hands on on my forearms. I'm not getting as many now. Good stuff but you have to use it.
